At Rota Surgical we strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a transparent return and exchange process under certain conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging and accessories are intact
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is provided
Note: Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Sterilized or used instruments
- Custom-designed or private-labeled instruments
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
- Our quality team will inspect and offer replacement or refund options

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
8. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for size/type errors or manufacturing issues. Please follow the same process as returns and indicate exchange preference.
